• What you will do

• Oversee the management of domains, DNS, and name server configurations (Namecheap, Cloudflare);
• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, including GCP CloudSQL, WordPress, and OpenEMR VMs;
• Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures, including access controls, virtual networks, and secure file sharing;
• Manage productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, and Mailchimp, ensuring seamless integration and user support;
• Lead the integration of disparate systems into a unified and efficient ecosystem, supporting migrations as needed;
• Design and enforce security policies across platforms, ensuring compliance and resilience;
• Provide strategic oversight for system performance, scalability, and reliability;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical requirements and operational challenges.

• Must haves

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, cloud management, and security;
• Proficiency in platforms like GCP, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365;
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices;
• Proven experience in system integration and workflow optimization;
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Zoho Desk, Tovuti, Stripe, and Doxy.me;
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Nice to haves

• Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Microsoft Azure);
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and telehealth systems.
