What you will do
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven developer tools to enhance software engineering workflows;
- Optimize code generation, debugging, and refactoring processes using AI assistance;
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve developer efficiency and code quality;
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into their daily workflows;
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends in software development and identify new opportunities.
Must haves
- 4+ years of experience in Java or Python;
- Deep experience with AI-driven developer tools, such as Aider, Devin, Sourcegraph Cody, GitHub Copilot, Continue.dev, GitLab;
- Duo, Cursor, or similar technologies;
- Strong proficiency in software development and automation;
- Ability to integrate AI tools into existing development environments to improve efficiency;
- Experience with AI-assisted debugging, code review, and testing;
- Passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for engineering teams;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
