What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize GraphQL systems with a focus on security and scalability;
- Work with Apollo Router to support GraphQL migrations and performance improvements;
- Implement security measures and best practices in GraphQL architecture;
- Utilize Open Policy Agent (OPA) to enhance access control and system security;
- Contribute to system performance improvements using Rust where applicable;
- Collaborate with teams to meet quarterly deliverables and project deadlines.
Must haves
- 4+ years of experience with Java for high-performance applications and data processing systems;
- Basic experience with GraphQL and Apollo Router;
- Strong understanding of secure development practices;
- Experience with OPA for access control and security policies;
- Familiarity with Rust for performance-critical components;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Hands-on experience implementing security measures in distributed systems;
- Exposure to large-scale GraphQL migrations and system integrations.
